Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and a United States citizen or lawfully admitted permanent resident to make a contribution or otherwise transact on this site. By using the site, you represent that you meet these requirements and that any information you provide is true, accurate, and complete.

Contributions

Contributions to Cornerstone Action PAC are not tax deductible as charitable contributions for federal income tax purposes. By contributing, you certify that:

• You are a U.S. citizen or lawfully admitted permanent resident of the United States;
• The contribution is made from your own funds, not those of another person or entity;
• The contribution is not made from the general treasury funds of a corporation, labor organization, or national bank;
• You are not a federal contractor or a foreign national who lacks permanent resident status;
• The funds are not being provided by another person or entity for the purpose of making this contribution.

Federal law requires us to use our best efforts to collect and report the name, mailing address, occupation, and employer of individuals whose contributions exceed $200 in a calendar year.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the site to:

• Violate any applicable law, regulation, or these Terms;
• Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation;
• Interfere with, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the site, its servers, or related systems;
• Upload or transmit viruses, malware, or other harmful code;
• Use automated means to scrape, harvest, or collect information from the site;
• Engage in any conduct that restricts or inhibits any other user from using or enjoying the site.

SMS and Text Messaging

If you opt in to receive text messages, you consent to receive campaign updates, event reminders, and fundraising solicitations from Cornerstone Action PAC at the number provided. Donations will be solicited. Consent is not a condition of any purchase or contribution. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. You may unsubscribe at any time by replying STOP.
